Biography

Travis W. Crudup, M.D., is a surgeon at Baylor All Saints Downtown, Harris Methodist Downtown and Baylor All Saints Southwest in Fort Worth. Dr. Crudup came to Texas Health Care after completing his residency and internship in general surgery at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, after completing his undergraduate degree in biology at Centenary College of Louisiana in Shreveport, LA. “I became a doctor because it gave me the best opportunity to pursue two of my deepest desires: helping others by providing an invaluable service, and discovering scientific knowledge and its application in the everyday world,” said Dr. Crudup. “Specifically, my love for surgery stems from the application of surgical techniques and principles in solving problems, and seeing the direct results of this.” His professional goals include building strong relationships with his colleagues in the medical community and providing sound surgical care to his patients. In his spare time, Dr. Crudup enjoys hiking, traveling, golfing and other outdoor adventures. He would also like to learn to fly some day.
