Biography

Dr. Bloemendal is passionate about surgery and working closely with his patients across the Fort Worth-area to help them achieve their optimal health. Dr. Bloemendal went to the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, TX, and completed his post-doctoral residency training at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX.
